The Coach Hall Toilet block is one step closer to completion this week, with the reopening of the Ladies' facilities.

We have upgraded all the hardware, including the addition of a Baby Changing Station. All the walls have been treated, re-plastered, and painted. The windows have been repaired and, as you can see, new vanity units have been installed; as well as replacement of the toilets themselves. New doors have also been installed to complete the revamp.

The Gents' refurbishment is well underway and is scheduled to be completed shortly and, of course, we will update the blog as soon as this happens.

We would like to thank all our regular users for their patience whilst the work has been in progress and hope that the new facilities will be appreciated by all our visitors going forward.

We have recently renewed our garden furniture, with the help of funding from the B&Q Foundation Grant Scheme, and South Gloucestershire Council's Area Wide Grants programme.

After some research The Chantry decided to go for an environmentally friendly, recycled plastic option. As you can see, it fits in beautifully with the autumnal colours at the moment. We are looking forward to seeing our users making the most of the garden now that it is in place.

Work has begun over the past few weeks on the Coach Hall. It is in need of some renovation, both inside and out, which we will be documenting over the next few months.

First up: The windows, which were in a bad state of repair, with rotting sills and loose panels. We're sure you'll agree that the new sills and paintwork look much better and more in keeping with the upgraded frontage of the main building.
