Book a room
We are now using an online booking system for all rooms. You can use the calendar below to see what is on at the Chantry and to view room availability. If you have already registered, click on "Customer Login" and follow the prompts to make a booking request.
If you have not registered before you will be invited to create a User Account when you try to make a booking request. Please note that when you do this you will receive an email from Hallmaster asking you to verify your email address. Please validate this as soon as possible so that we can send confirmation of your booking. If you have any problems using the system, or questions, please contact the office.
You can see what is happening on any day by selecting a date or scrolling through the weeks and months.
Wherever a "+" sign is visible it means that space is is available for booking. Click on the "+" sign to make a Booking Request.
Where an event is open to the public you can see details of the event by clicking on it. Please contact the event organiser with any enquiries. The Chantry office staff will not be able to help with details about a specific activity or group meeting.
