If booking the garden, we can reserve a room indoors for an additional £10.00 in case of adverse weather.

If booking a room, you can use the garden provided there is not a party/function already booked into the garden.

Bar service can be provided outside of regular opening hours at a cost of £6.00 per hour, with the agreement of the Bar Manager.

It is not permitted to bring your own alcohol onto the premises.

The only exception to the above, is champagne for a one-off toast.  We can provide glasses.

Wine can be supplied on an off-sales basis – cost includes glass hire.

Our Gazebo can be hired for an additional £20.00 flat charge.

The Bar-B-Q is available free of charge with garden bookings – you must supply own coals and utensils, and ensure grill is left clean.

The conservatory can be used for access between the garden and kitchen/toilets in the main house.

If actual use of the conservatory is required, ie laid out with tables and chairs for serving food, this is charged at an extra £10.00.

Additional rooms can be hired for £15.00 per room.

If the booking period required is for longer than the 3 hours – it will be chargeable at £5.00 for each extra hour.

You must notify us if you intend to play any music at your party.

We will accept 18th/21st party bookings provided parents/guardians are present.

We request a £100 cash deposit for larger parties and 18th/21st parties.

£70 set rate for use of the Coach Hall, Buckingham Room or garden for the day.  This will include your time for setting up or decorating the room.

Price includes one room or garden, use of kitchen including crockery etc and clear up charge for room.  Note that we only have a limited crockery supply.

If erecting own marquee, an additional charge of £25.00 per day or part day that it is in situ or being prepared.

Additional rooms can be hired for £45.00 per day each.  Conservatory can be hired for £30.00 per day.

Our gazebo can be hired for £20.00 per day, erected cost.

£100.00 refundable cash deposit required covering damage or loss (to be paid two weeks prior to the function). 

£5.00 deposit for keys to access buildings as necessary.

£20.00 non-refundable deposit to be paid at time of booking and balance to be paid two weeks prior to the function.
