Forthcoming events include:

bullet Monthly Quiz Nights

From 8pm in the Social Club Bar.  All are welcome and entry is only £3 for a team of four people.  Questions will be set by your question master Matthew Stringer on a range of subjects from general knowledge to history and geography to literature, and much more.  The bar will be open from 7:30pm for liquid refreshment.

bullet Heritage Open Days

The Chantry will once again be participating in English Heritage's Open Days.  We will be open from 10am to 4pm on Saturday 11th September for a talk about the history of the Chantry, a guided tour of the building and a visual display re the archaeology of the premises.  Refreshments will also be available.

Please note that this is the same day as the Food Fair in Castle Street - the road will be closed and there will be no access down the from the High Street to the Chantry.  If coming by car you will need to come via St Mary's Church.
